I need a Condom case! ... and misc other cases

ok, so I want to go and get a condom case. Something small enough to fit in my pocket, and discreet enough to look like any other item. Thats not much of a problem, I can find those all over the place. What i’m looking for is a high-tech case. I’m looking for a case that’ll keep cool in a hot environment all day long, but also not insulate heat during the cold night. basically I want a case for my condoms that I can leave in the glove of my car and be confident that when I need to use them, they’ll be fresh and undamaged.

Such a thing exist?

also… I’ve been looking all the hell over for one of these… I need some sort of container with a belt clip. Maybe something 1/2 thick x a 2-3 inches x 2 inches or so. I carry lactaid ultra in my pocket(currently in a starbucks mint-tin), but after measuring the average temperature in my pocket I found that it’s right around the denaturing temperature for my lactaid! So unfortunately unless I find that high-tech condom case i’m looking for, I’m going to need a belt clip to carry my lactaid around.

help!

What are your condoms made of, rice paper?

You might try REI or some other store that carries serious camping/backpacking supplies.

heh trabi, better safe then sorry.

good idea cher3.

trabi: Latex condoms break down when exposed to heat and friction, such as the environment in a wallet. This makes them more likely to break, and can also cause microscopic holes that allow viruses through. For this reason, condoms should not be kept in a wallet or glove compartment.

There is a website for a band called Collide, and one of the members has a side business called Saints and Sinners. The business sells attractive enameled cases for a variety of things including condoms. I don’t think it would look out of place in a backpack or courier bag or whatnot, but just carrying it in your pocket might draw attention to it.

Alereon that gets me wondering. Does anyone know how polyurethane condoms hold up to that kinda stress?

11811 i’ll check it out.

Latex condoms should not be exposed to heat or friction. But I thought . . . Umm. . .Eh . . . never mind. . . Thanks.

har har

laughs Exactly my thoughts.

DrMatrix: You see, it’s a function of how long the condom is exposed to said heat and friction. Your last partner says you have nothing to worry about.

Ah, thanks.
