I have a story. It’s about 300 words. This scifi writing thing is a relatively recent undertaking, although I’ve always written stuff.

If you read it, I need to know:

  1. Does it end too abruptly?

  2. Is the science credible/ accurate?

  3. What do you think of Sam’s speech? and

  4. Do you know what a finger cot is?
    Any takers?

If it’s just 300 words, why can’t you just post it? You’ll get more feedback that way.

Unfortunately, it exceeds the character limit for PMs. By quite a lot.

I would just post it somewhere, but this particular story I kinda would like to try to publish — that is, after taking a few good readers’ reactions to heart, and the resultant adjustments slash edits slash manuscript burning. :slight_smile:
