As a child from the 90s I watched a cartoon movie from kidz productions and it was about this plane that crashed with many adults and they all got turned into kids, there was a women with super powers that had to get them back to normality but she had turn into a kid herself to get to the bottom of it her power was that she could turn herself into a kid. Also another scene that’s clear to me was the beginning where she was washing cloths and put too much soap and the whole room was stuffed with foam I anyone know the name of the movie please let me kno I really love that movie but I have no use what the name was thank you

Was it an After School show or a movie on DVD or something. Not much info on “kidz productions”. You sure thats the company name?
It doesn’t ring a bell - sorry. Both Star Trek: The Animated Series and The Next Generation had episodes where the adults turn into kids.
Neither was very good IMHO.
