We still have 30-year mortgages stateside. Only Mostly Dead and I just started on a 30 year fixed and a 15/15 second mortage (low-ish rate for the first 15 years, then it baloons to crazy rate if you don’t refinance by then) since we bought our first house in July.
We both envy you, Baker!
