Relax, maybe he’s obsessing over the gingerbread house he’s going to build you. Seriously, you’ll live for another 6 hours if he doesn’t call you. After 6:00 AM? Call 911.
I’m all for giving him the benefit of the doubt but-> what Cerri said. Unless the mother totally forgot, he’s avoiding you. He could be going through the same thing as you- wants to talk but just nervous. But you made the first move- it seems more than once.
Onthe other hand maybe you’ll get the best of both worlds. Perhaps his time away allowed him to realize he is gay. Then you can break up with him and have wild young fun AND form a life long relationship with him. Just like “Will&Grace”, what fun.

I personally would try one more time after Christmas before writing him off completely. With the holidays, you never know what might have happened that affected his behavior. Yeah, he should have still made an effort even if he was busy, but so many times guys that age can be flaky without meaning any harm by it.
Whatever happens, I’m sure it will turn out for the best.

In which case, I hereby redirect my pitting from AMOR to MENFOLK. All of them, even the good-looking, smart, and funny ones. They are stupid and insensitive, and they smell.
