I pit AT&T customer service.

All I can say is T-Mobile sucks. I upgraded to an HTC sensation and I asked if they had one so that I could feel have heavy it felt in my pocket. It has a surface area about twice the size of my previous phone. Of course, they did not have a sample they could let me feel, even though they were in stock. I asked her if she thought that my request made sense, and she stood there like an Easter Island moai. OK, minor issue.

So, I’m trying to cancel the second line that I have that I was using as a development platform that I gave to a friend to work with. Since it was going nowhere, I asked to cancel it. They told me at the store that they can’t cancel it, and I would have to call a service rep. So I call T-Mobile, and when I enter my PIN, the fucking autobot will not recognize my keyboard inputs on my fucking T-Mobile phone. When I sign up to chat, 3 times in a row, there are no chat representatives. So, I go back to the store, and the clerk reluctantly calls customer service and it accepts my PIN from their fucking land line. Granted, I know T-Mobile is a cocksucking douchebag organization, but to try to make sure that I can’t cancel a line from the 3 ways to contact them is really quite bullshit.

Fuck T-Mobile and ATT who is buying them out.
