JC, no one can tell you exactly how much of what to eat. Everyone’s body processes food as an individual. That is, the efficiency of your body’s ability to process vitamins and such is different than mine, or anyone else’s. Guidelines are one thing, but no one except professional physicians who physically see you and can run tests can tell you exactly what you need.

You’re asking us to specify what YOU should be doing, and none of us are in a position to be THAT detailed. The majority of us are not doctors (well, Qadgop is, but I can confidently say that he wouldn’t attempt to give you a full breakdown of your metabolism. Especially online.)

Some people need more vitamin C (for example) than others do. Hemophiliacs can have a deficiency of vitamin K, which helps blood clot. Not everyone needs to have X amount of any particular nutrient. You can’t expect detailed answers on something like this. It’s out of our pay grade.

If you agree with Doc, fan-fucking-tastic. If not, go see a nutritionist.

Often the reason I keep on mentioning that I want to ONLY lose belly fat (and “false” belly fat) is because people keep on forgetting that!!!

In the OP I talked about DrFidelius’s advice for losing weight. But I don’t just want to lose weight. I want to keep all of my muscle mass and the fat in my face. Perhaps in the OP I should have reminded people again that I ONLY want to lose belly fat (and “false” belly fat).
