Somewhere in there you forgot to articulate why I should value your evaluation of how I look.
If Ivan’s thread here isn’t what he wanted it to be, then he’s in no worse shape than the people who started the GD threads that he knowingly, willingly, and trollfully turned into “all about Ivan” threads.
He’s his own favorite subject, so he should be delighted that I’m here talking about him. I refuse to participate in anybody else’s threads getting turned to shit by discussing him. We can confine that activity to his own threads.
May I suggest you open another thread about this particular issue if it’s bugging you? Like him or not, astikov pitted someone who deserved to be pitted. I don’t get the appeal of these ‘Recreational Outrage’ threads myself, but presumably some people do. I don’t suppose they care as much about astikov as you do. Besides, on a personal note, continuing old conflicts in new threads is just a little unseemly. YMMV.

For those of you who want to attack my pitting rather than me, I’ll explain my outrage a bit more clearly.
In my clip I linked to someone who I thought was a true ‘internet asshole’, because he was actually using the net to propagate his warped mentality. As already stated, even if this was all an act, it wasn’t in the slightest bit funny, and if true, it merely encourages nastiness if the the fucker can’t be made to pay for it when he is there clear as a bell to be recognised.
Now, I was unaware that being an ex-criminal exempted me from recreational outrage about certain subjects, so I probably should thank some of you for fighting my ignorance…nah, fuck it! It’s all part of the Dope service, I expect.
So… you don’t like him and you want to make sure that we all don’t like him. You remind me of David Miller class of 1971, St, Pascal Baylon School - when David was in 5th grade.
It fits this thread I think; their point is that it’s hypocritical to pit these pranksters while making excuses for hard-core criminals.

You used the Internet to promote your warped mentality that it was the fault of the people that you burglarized because they didn’t do enough to keep you out, to the point where you made both of those threads completely about you.
This thread is evidence of the fact that in addition to being an unrepentant criminal and a self-important asshole, you are also a hypocrite.
I didn’t see where he was excusing hard-core criminals … but like I said, I didn’t slog through both trainwrecks, so maybe I missed it.
I thought he was presenting points on the issue from a criminal’s point of view (from what little I read). Maybe not a position borne of sterling moral fortitude, but it’s a valid one, considering the argument.
