Totally pissed at them… after attempting to subscribe through their website (primedia) I keep getting the same lousy message:
So I contact their customer service e-mail and they inform me I can subscribe through a Fax or e-mail at a US$ 20 higher cost than through the site! (52 vs online 32) Naturally I ask why and they answer:
Well if your god damn website actually recognized my address there wouldn’t be a problem would there !
How come Amazon has managed to send me my orders on time and quickly for almost half a decade… and these guys don’t “validate” me in their “database” ?! What kind of shit website is this ?
I’m certainly very reluctant to pay an extra 20 bucks due to their bad web form shit… plus I have to probably fax info and stuff…
