I didn’t have a problem when you submitted your recertification form 7 months early; I politely e-mailed you and explained that your recertification is not due until December.
When you e-mailed me back demanding to know why I couldn’t take care of it now, because you thought that once you got it, you were in, I was still polite. I offered to mail your application back to you (even though I don’t have to), and explained again that we are not permitted to recertify people more than 60 days before their due date.
When you sent me an even bitchier e-mail, ordering me to mail back your application and whining some more about being unable to recertify early, I was still polite. Did I respond and offer to send you a copy of How to Win Friends and Influence People? Did I address you as “Dear Ms. Fucktard?” No, I did not. When I realized that I was incapable of sending a polite e-mail to you, I sent your e-mail to my co-worker.
My co-worker arrived in the office and was amazed at the level of stupidity that you presented, but she too wrote you a very polite e-mail once again explaining the policy. I know her e-mail was courteous, because I read it, and she never once called you a shitwit. She even praised you for being efficient and submitting your materials so early.
Several hours later, you responded IN ALL CAPS bitching because we’re so unreasonable that we won’t bend the rules every which way to suit your desire to take care of things like this early.
Just out of curiosity, what does the DMV say when you try to renew your drivers’ license 7 months early? When you get your car inspection 7 months early, do they actually date it the month it’s due? I’d really like to get in contact with the people who bend all the rules for you, because I’d like someone to bend the rules like that for me as well.
In short, go fuck yourself and leave my office alone until your recertification is due. Bitch. :finger smilie:
