I think I should start a public awareness campaign in Calgary - we are definitely NOT in an employer’s market here, but people are still acting like we are. You know that thing about 100 people lined up to take the job if you don’t? Not happening here. Employer’s can not get enough employees here.

I think you misunderstand. Companies would gladly hire more people here, if only there were people to hire. Salary ain’t an issue if there’s no one to take it.
