I don’t get it. You claim he turned off the cable. You also stated you would have said,

had he discussed turning it off with you.
That seems to me like you would have been willing to assume the entire cable bill yourself. Why not have it turned on in your name then?

Nah, he’d have him pumping iron and picking parking lot fights, which honestly sounds like a good idea in this case.
