I’ve only skimmed part of his “judicial activism” thread, so can anyone tell me; does he clearly define what he means by the term? Because such threads are useless until there is agreement on what the terms mean.

A many as it takes for him to get the giant chip off his shoulder, i.e., an infinite number. Whether it’s because he used to post here under another name and got banned or merely didn’t get the respect he’s still so convinced he deserves, he’s served up a heapin’ helpin’ of resentment from the first day he posted under this username.
My guess is he’ll eventually either flounce off or get banned and will blame “liberal bias” instead of his own inability to construct cogent arguments. Frustrated and chafing at the bit, he’ll become a sock yet again, with the same results, ad infinitum.
