I don’t have time to click those links. Could someone summarize for me, whether or not she says she’s a vegetarian?
How does one go about “opening posts” within a thread?
I’m not sure, but I have this great recipe for tofu…
Different is the new same.
Shoot. Just make sure there’s a lot of beef (preferably, very bloody) in it.
ETA: though I must admit that wearing lettuce for shoes sounds very appealing to me.
I can report that she mentions being a vegetarian in what I hope was a representative sample of the linked posts.
TLDR.
What does that mean? Can somebody look that up for me please? I don’t have the time to go through Urban Dictionary and all those other textspeak sites to find it. When I was a child, and asked my mother what a certain word meant when a football game was on TV, she told me to go look in a dictionary. To this day I get really anxious whenever I see an unfamiliar word or acronym. Thanks in advance.
That’s not what I’m asking for. I want a specific instance of where she says she’s a vegetarian. This is very important to me because I’m a vegetarian, in case you didn’t know. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
Please do not use acronyms. I was forced to use acronyms as a child and is traumatic to me as an adult.
Maye he’s viewing the site in threaded mode, just like with a WWWBoard-based site from the 1990s.
TLDR means deer, which have eyes, which are called buckeyes? That grosses me out so much! I will never use a reference to dear’s eyes in a thread!
Would you people please stop with these “thanks in advance” closing? When I read them I feel all kinds of pressure to respond even if I don’t have a clue what’s being asked for. Has to do with my dad forcing me to be hyper-polite as a child – it hurts to this day, all day.
So how about it? Think of my feelings for a change.
I’m an omnivore.
elmwood please don’t mistake this as an attempt to defend Opalcat, this thread is long overdue, but your issues with her appear a bit personal based on your posts in this thread. I’m sure that isn’t the case and you would want to avoid that appearance.
I’m terribly sorry. One of those links leads to a post by Opalcat that says, in part:
(I’m a vegetarian)
If there is anything else I can do to help, please let me know.
Sorry that doesn’t help. I was looking for a specific wording. That’s not it. Could you try again?
.
I don’t think I could bear the pain of disappointing you again. Maybe someone else will try to read your mind. Whose turn is it?
Side note: I read this post about her ring falling off her “supposedly-falling-out-proof necklace charm” and remembered a similar “no, not that” thread from a couple years ago. Object lesson: Do not try to render assistance.
