Enlighten me
Not pouring water on a rock.
Brain surgery hasn’t advanced to that level yet-ask again in fifty years.
And there still won’t be a knockout drug
So knockout drugs like chloral hydrate don’t exist, and anyone who says otherwise is in on it!
Don’t ask what “it” is because only “they” know all the details.
If it was so obviously impossible, then why didn’t his defense team parade a bunch of anesthesiologists onto the stand as expert witnesses to say so. Case closed sorry for the inconvenience Bill. Although maybe its because they were secretly pressured by Bernard Arnault.
They will, when we have a retrial after we prove that one of the jurors once lied to his 5th grade teacher.
Top. Men.
Looks like Bill Cosby will be getting out of prison his conviction has been overturned.
Found guilty based on testimony that should have never been allowed. They had no case so they brought in other people to say yeah he did that to me too.
I always knew it was all bullshit.
What’s all bullshit? Are you claiming he’s factually innocent?
I’ve said all along I don’t think he raped women. The whole knockout drug thing is nonsense, based on his comedy about Spanish Fly. You can’t, as I’ve said over and over, give people drugs like that with out some of them dying. Everyone responds differently to dosage.
The women willing had sex with Cosby, expecting a powerful man in show business would be able to do something for them.
They were disappointed for what ever reason and sought revenge. It’s as simple as that.
I…see. Well, enjoy your day!
That’s not what this court decision says.
So you decided to post nothing but bullshit in retaliation?
Well played!
The article has been changed from what I read and linked to. It now says the point was moot since he shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. Previously it said it was illegal under PA law to bring in other accusers like that.
That’s one thing I hate about this electronic age, things can be changed. At least the article confirms they edited it at the end.
You don’t think victims should be allowed to testify? Is that a general principle or is it a rule specifically for this case?
Well it seems to me there is a good reason why PA law doesn’t allow it except in very specific situations. The original article listed those situations. None of them applied to Cosby.
The question is about other victims, and I find it a thorny one. On the one hand, knowing about a pattern of behavior is important. On the other hand, he wasn’t convicted of those other offenses (due to the statute of limitations) so not sure they should have been admitted?
For the record, I think he was guilty as sin and it is unfortunate that he has been released (although the legally correct decision).
