Did you know her sorority the, AKA’s, were extremely racist to dark skinned black women, namely the direct descendants of US chattel slavery during her time there? To the point that they were not allowed to join? I’m 52 and I know that, but I’m sure you didn’t.
Stuff like this still resonates in the black community.

Well for one I have a cite form a book a few posts up. Yes it’s from the 1950’s but that attuited was still very much in effect into the 1980’s when Harris joined, and later into the late 90’s.

I will happily take the chance of electing an intelligent, forthright, energizing woman of color (who might, by some slim chance have less-than-complimentary views about some other people of color – though I highly doubt it) over an aging, mentally deteriorating white man who has proven umpteen times that he cares about no-one but himself and will go to ANY lengths to get what he wants. IF he’s trying to play some weird targeted race game it’s going to be too subtle to outweigh the other crap he brings to the table.

Trump is trying to play on this within the black community, it could be as high as 10% of the black male vote. More than enough to swing the election. You all have missed the message thinking he was doing it for the MAGA base. He doesn’t care about the MAGA base, he knows he has them.

Biden won by 40k votes in the swing states. The Trump campaign is almost certainly assuming the numbers will be the same as '20 and the polls kind of back that up.
Remember that the Democratic candidate needs to be up like +5 points in national polling just to overcome the electoral college.
So yes, 10 percent of a demographic in the swing states would mean the difference.
