This makes no sense.
The black vote represents 13% of the electorate of which depending on the polls (80-90)% are already in the Harris camp. So even if you can convince a whopping 20% of the non-Harris voters to switch you are only taking about some where between 0.25% and .5% of the electoarate. Meanwhile there is white represent 70% of the vote of which 50-60% support Trump. If you can pick off 2-3% of that group than you will get a full percentage point bump in the polls.
Note I’m not saying that the black vote should be ignored, but to claim that it is more important to a Harris victory than the white vote, is absurd.
