I’m more bemused by Rand Rover than anything else. It’s rare to see such a stark contrast between someone’s bloated self-estimation and the sad, pathetic reality.

I was an overprivileged undergrad once upon a time, and a bit of a Randroid to boot. Fortunately my objectivist inclinations didn’t survive a collision with good ideas I learned about in college and copious amounts of sex. It only took a few weeks.
