I pit the Juice

On second thought, you’re not even good enough to get pitted. bye bye OJ.

But he was good enough to get a Heisman!

His sexual fetishes is of no interest to me. :stuck_out_tongue:

Look at the bright side: with all that down time in prison, OJ can search for the real killer!

Why does everyone hate the juice?

It’s a character flaw of mine. I seem to dislike people that murder other people. I’m trying to work on this, but I don’t know if I can get better.

[Nelson Muntz] Ah-Ha![/NM]

You like-a da Juice, yeah? The Juice is good, ah?

I get you more Juice!

Wow, I guess Las Vegas truly is a 24-hour town. “The verdict was read just before 11 p.m Friday after jurors deliberated for 13 hours.”

The one jury I was on where a verdict was rendered, we were handed the case about 4pm. A quarter to five the bailiff knocked on the door and asked if we were close to a verdict. A quick vote on whether we should vote on a verdict showed a majority of us were not comfortable with that yet – we hadn’t really thrashed out all of the arguments – so we said no, we weren’t. We went home, reconvened at 9am the next morning and after about an hour and a half, did the first vote – 10 to 2 in favor of the defendant (It was a civil case so that was good enough) and were done. I can easily see deliberating for 13 hours in a high-profile case like this one, but until, say, 10:30pm? The mind boggles.

Howcome counts 5 through 12 are doubled? Two defendants, two victims, or what?

“I sentence you to 20 years in a federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison!” Buh-bye you murdering prick. You’ll hopefully have many years to think about your miserable life while rotting in a 6x8 cell. Any bets as to how long it will take him to “find Jesus”?

Find Jesus? He’s not smart enough to look into a mirror and find the real killer!

OJ is the pits. After him and Anita Bryant, I’m surprised people still drink the stuff.

He’ll never find the real killer now, he can’t search for him on golf courses. That is what he’s been doing all these years, isn’t it?

I don’t like pits, pits, pits in my juice, juice, juice!

I wonder how long it will take before someone sticks a knife into his gut. I hope he doesn’t get a cushy assignment at one of those country club prisons but gets cast down with the sodomites and low lifes.

Is he going straight to prison now, or is he out pending his appeal? There will be appeals, you know.

I wonder how the Goldmans are feeling now.

This undoubtedly sounds fatuous, but the ones I’ve sincerely pitied, for so long, are his kids. And perhaps the rest of his family as well. I don’t know whether they actually believed him innocent of slaughter or felt they had to believe him. Either way, he’s dragged them through a particular kind of hell too, and kept right on dragging. (I imagine looking at him in quiet moments and mental visuals overlaying the ordinary…::shudders::slight_smile:

Maybe this will bring a peace of sorts to the Goldman family. Talk about heart wrenching.

It’s past time OJ’s public implosion ceased.

Sentencing is scheduled for Dec 5.

Anyone remember this exchange from (of all things) Mork and Mindy?

I found this part of the article interesting:

First he writes the “I didn’t do it, but if I did this is how I would’ve done it” book, now this–I think we’re seeing the unfolding of karma at work here.

Nasty piece of work, finally getting what he deserves.

I was on the jury for a misdemeanor assault case in February. We deliberated until about 10 PM. The judge let us decide if we wanted to keep deliberating or go home until morning, though.

Ha, fucker! Enjoy prison! You’re not getting what you deserve but at least you won’t be living the luxe life anymore.

Coffee gets such a bad rap, but OJ’s the one that’ll kill ya.
