I Think I Know Why God Doesn't Heal Amputees

There is an entire field of archaeology called biblical archaeology. I guess that is just fiction, and they have NEVER found anything to support the Bible? LOL

Hey if you need evidence, here is my first hit on a google search

I’m starting to see that atheists don’t live in the real world. Since a lot of them are sheltered behind college walls, it’s not too surprising.

Wow, so you are going to defend a race of men who fricking burned babies alive just to make God look like the bad guy here. Are you serious? When someone demonstrates that level of wickness, they offer nothing to society and don’t deserve to live. And yes, I am pro death penalty.

I don’t recall anything being said positive about me here.

It’s called the Holy Spirit and it’s the ultimate high. Hey Brian Head Welch (ex-Korn guitarist) gave up his meth addiction overnight and experienced the real high. And it doesn’t destroy your life unlike meth.

GEEPERS - what’s your take on Kanicbird’s proposal? - Would you agree that believers inhabit a different version of reality where miracles happen, and are obvious, but cannot possibly be perceived by non-believers? (owing to the non-believers living in their own separate, non-miraculous version of reality)

Ah the beauty of the American Evangelical. The martyr complex, the logical reasoning that resembles the trail of crack addled weasles and, of course, the disdain for higher education. GEEPERS, you sir are a treasure trove of cliches and stereotypes.

But how about we discount your particularly thuggish view of god and go back to your OP and answer some of my original questions. Though to be fair Marley and others have been asking more recently than I have so I’m willing to wait until you answer their questions.

  1. Decaying DNA - go forth and bring evidence of such
1a. Might as well define “decay” as well
1b. For kicks describe the biological mechanism driven by “sin”
  2. Explain declining health issues co-incidental to a modern diet and contrast with subsistence diet and equatorial health issues.

Hold up, your original counter was the the Bible prophecies were “too vague”. I provided one with specific details, and instead of admitting you are wrong, you retreat to another prophecy which may appear false on the surface.

The prophecy states that many nations will come against Tyre, not just Nebuchadnezzar.

All that leaves you with is that someone established a small city and decided to give it the same name. The city was obliterated, and you can’t even find any ruins left to what was once a major city. If the city was restored as before, then you would have a solid argument.
Regardless, this is an example of specific prophecy fullfilled, history backs it up, and you can not deny this fact.

I let this thread go on a lot longer than I normally would have in the hope the OP would stop flitting from topic to topic and dodging questions and post some cites. We’re on page 9 and that hasn’t happened, so I see no reason to continue enabling it. This is locked. GEEPERS, if you start another debate on this site, you need to stay on topic and make a serious effort to support your claims.
