Meh. I had one patient complain that he threw his dick out while having sex.

Turns out they’d been vigorous enough to contuse his corpus cavernosum, leaving a big swollen ecchymosis (bruise). He did eventually detumesce, but I put him on meds to inhibit erections for about a week, along with 24 hours of cold compresses to the region, and 6 days of cold, cold showers. I wanted to prevent development of scar tissue, if at all possible. That could have left him with a 30 to 45 degree curve.

He did eventually return to action without problems.

And considering where you work, that’s really a scary thought.

That was pre-prison. I’ve only been there a little over 4 years now. Before that I was practicing among the non-incarcerated for 19 years.
