Or at least purported to. The first quote:

You put the first quote in quotation marks, and baldly stated that it came from something you referred to as “United States policy”. What exactly is this “United States policy”? Is there actually some document that you got the first quote from? Or were you, as I said earlier, simply making shit up as you went along?
