Earlier this morning one of my sisters gave birth to her second child in less than two years.
Devin(she says it’s spelled Devyn but I refuse the y.) Eddie Lastname-Lastname, was 10.2 lbs and 22 inches long.
According to my sister the umbilical cord was knotted and partially wrapped around his neck but in true Lastname family tradition he pulled through and is out safe and sound.
So congrats to my Sis and my BIL, I hope you guys enjoy having a family, cause your stuck with them for the next 18 years.
You forgot the best/worst part: Baby arrived before the midwife!
This was a planned, at-home birth. (yeah, not what I’d have picked)
BIL deserves not a gold star, but a whole box of platinum stars!
