I have 2 questions:

  1. There’s a section marked “Blocking cookie for my own IP”, and when I choose “create a cookie to block” it does block it, but when I return to project settings, I get a message telling me I currently do not have a blocking cookie and I have to reset. Anyone know why?

  2. In another section is a “label IP addresses”, and there is one I wanted to block and I wrote that IP address in, and labeled it “blocked”, and it appears that way in my visitor stats, but they still show up as a stat. Is it really possible to shit someone out from reading my blog? I know to comment, they have to do a captcha, but how can I get this idiot redneck blocked completely and stop the harrassment?
