She was great in “Almost Famous”, but that’s starting to look like a fluke. Or she needs a better agent (although I guess her movies are successful enough, so maybe not).

Delicious. I’m not much on her movies either, but her physical gifts are many.
Well, she seems to mostly do romantic comedies, often with Matthew McConaughey (who I also do not like…but he was good in Dazed and Confused.) I’ve also seen interviews with her and she doesn’t come off all that well.
I mean, Fools Gold, You, Me, and Dupree, Raising Helen, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days? These movies are supposed to appeal to me?
But maybe someday I’ll check out Almost Famous, as it seems not so much a Kate Hudson movie, as a movie with Kate Hudson in it.
Hmm, her ass has some volume, but I don’t think it’s great. I think possibly phase42 is right, and it’s too squarish. Or maybe it’s just the underwear that makes it look a bit odd. Anyway, I think this thread is calling for celeb photos that attempt to top her.

Color me un-wowed. I always find that sort of thing more interesting when covered. Also, that bikini bottom is ridiculous – it’s an ugly frilly belt attached to a thong.
As I said, she needs to pick her bikini-shopping companions more carefully. There’s a particular type of woman who works very hard to make sure her friends are dressed worse than she is. These pictures show just how dangerous one of those women can be.
And for that, you “utterly despise” her? You don’t like her movies and she doesn’t interview well? Some sense of proportion, sir!
I’m a big fan of Kate Hudson, but even I’ll admit her resume only has two good movies on it. I was actually thinking of starting a thread about actors you love but whose every project seems to be crap. My inspiration for the idea was Dominique Swain, but it looks like Kate Hudson could give her a run for her money.
Skeleton Key was a good movie, btw. And that’s not just my opinion; it got a 6.5 on imdb with almost 20,000 votes. It’s rare to see a crap movie with a lot of votes get above the fives.
In fact, the more I consult the imdb grades, the more I’m convinced that higher grades are more accurate in identifying good movies than critics. Of course you have to take “recent release inflation” into account, subtracting around 1.5 from releases within a year ago and around .75 from releases a year before that, but after a couple years they seem pretty accurate to me. For the high end, at least; I’ve seen some decent movies rated in the fours, but they only had a couple thousand votes.
A one-hit wonder. *Almost Famous * is the only decent film she’s done.
Not that great in my view, but would you be interested in receiving, say, a zip file with a title something like “1stquarterspread.zip”? 'Cause it maybe could be done. (nudge, nudge, wink, wink.)

As for the picture–meh. I’m actually a fan of Goldie’s sylphlike daughter, both because I think she’s an amusing actress and quite a cutie, but these pictures do nothing for me.

I concur with The Rhymer. She’s cute, but those pics don’t really show off what I like about her particularly well. In fact, it kind of turns me off her a little, just because I prefer sweet girls to dress a little more demurely.
