Fair enough. Your body is telling you that it can’t cope with the stress you’re putting it through. Hopefully it’s just temporary. Kids grow up eventually and you’ll get your degree.

In the meantime, meditation has been a helpful way for me to reduce my stress level. Or you could try yoga, or drop your kid off with a babysitter for a date night every week. Don’t ignore what your body is telling you, though.

In my experience, I’d have been too distracted by the withdrawal headache to notice the twitching. :wink:

I’ve had chronic, stabbing headaches almost daily since third grade. I live on Excedrin.
