Whoops. My bad.
Inxs - “I Need You Tonight”
Love and Rockets - “So Alive”
Chris Isaak - “Wicked Game”
David Christie - “Saddle Up”
Randy Newman - “Leave Your Hat On” - It’s much dirtier than the Joe Cocker version, just because Newman sounds like a complete sleazebag

Honestly, you wouldn’t expect it - but this just works.

There are the obvious ones like I Want Your Sex
I prefer Telex’s obscure answer song I Want Your Brain because, here on the SDMB, intelligence is sexy.
“I Touch Myself” by the Divinyls came out at a time in my life when I *needed *to hear a sexy woman sing those words while wearing skimpy clothing in a music video. I can’t hear that song without again feeling like a hypersexed 16-year-old.
Miracles by Jefferson Airplane.
Die Warzau’s “Born Again” (NSFW! Not fucking kidding!) is so sexy. The driving, pounding beat, the whispery singing… the surprisingly graphic lesbian love scene in the video doesn’t hurt, either.
Genitorturers’ “Flesh is the Law” (Also NSFW because… it’s Genitorturers) is even more aggressive, and has a dominatrix, BDSM-theme that’s the hottest thing in the universe if you’re of a certain bent. Yowza!

I’m not… quite… sure that’s the right link, sir.
Oh yesh, “Closer,” “You Can Leave Your Hat On” and Janet Jackson’s “If” make me a happy bunny.
K. D. Laing’s voice is pure liquid seduction in her song “Sexuality.”
And Chaka Khan’s voice is pure passion in “Baby Love” by Mother’s Finest.
And in places in “Edge of Seventeen” Stevie Nicks’ voice is pure, curdled lust and desire:
“From the moment … when I first laid … eyes … on … him …”
ohhhhh, yeah …
Morphine
Whisper and You Look Like Rain
Baby Did a Bad Bad Thing- Chris Isaak.
Chris Isaak’s Wicked Game does it for me. Doesn’t hurt that when he was young and smooth-faced, he looked like a slightly less handsome version of my husband.
Ball and Biscuit from the White Stripes’ Elephant album.
The way Jack White sings “Let’s have a ball girl… and take our sweet little time about it” makes me want to do unspeakable things to him. Or anyone else that’s around, quite frankly.
“Midnight Blue” by Melissa Manchester. Rather blunt in its purpose, but poetically and tastefully so.
“Sit On My Face” - Monty Python.
What?
I came to this thread hoping to find suggestions for songs I can pole dance to. Sadly, the songs mentioned in this thread that are pole-danceable are already on my pole playlist. Some of these other ones are just way too fast and don’t really lend themselves to pole. Slower tempos work out better, at least at my level (intermediate – I’m past beginner but still have so much to learn).
Anyway, I thought I’d just share some of my pole playlist instead.
Before I do that, I want to point out one thing: Six Underground by the Sneaker Pimps may sound sexy, but it’s not a sexy song. It’s about wanting to kill yourself. “Take me down, six underground…” Hello. Totally inappropriate for pole.
Without further ado:
Rev 22:20 - Puscifer

Baby Did a Bad Bad Thing - Chris Isaak
Tear You Apart - She Wants Revenge
Blue on Black - Kenny Wayne Shepherd
Moving in Stereo - The Cars
Grind - Alice in Chains
Natural One - Folk Implosion (DJ Shadow remix)

There’s more and I’m always on the lookout for new sexxxy pole songs.
Just about all of Vain’s No Respect album - specifically:
–1000 Degrees – Straight-up “I wanna fuck your brains out and then kick you to the curb…again” awesomeness.
–No Respect – Seriously, who hasn’t been on one side or the other of the mind-fuck one-way relationship?
–Laws Against Love – Still a great song, although the creepiness factor has definitely increased as I’ve gotten older.
–Smoke And Shadows – A perfect “I know you’re going to spend the night jilling off while you think about me” song.

Not to rain on your parade, but Stevie wrote that song about the death of her uncle (cite).
My first thought has already been mentioned, Paula Cole’s “Feelin’ Love.” I nominate Kelly Willis’ “Cradle of Love,” which is NOT a cover of the Billy Idol song of the same name, for some country sexy.
