What can I say? I kick my own ass everyday for spontaneously picking my screenname from 1995, when I had AOL, as my SDMB handle. I’m truly impressed by posters who are ten times more creative and thoughtful than I ever was.
Personally, I’m hoping this thread will soon die a quick and painless death, not because of the topic (Hama was right on, AFAICS, and my respect for her ballsyness has again increased exponentially) but because it has been interpreted and re-interpreted to the point of meaningless. As much as I like being told that I’m right on (I can’t believe it either, folks - in the Pit, no less!), no one is walking away from this thread happy - except, of course, Democritus. 
Not to start any more shit, but it should be noted that Demo did indeed make friends and fall madly in love on this very board.
