Why did it take me so many years to realize the House theme is a track from Mezzanine by Massive Attack?
I used to listen to this album all the time, how did I forget about Teardrop?
(also soliciting: medical advice, unrelated anecdotes, homeopathic suggestions, inexplicable metaphors, non sequiturs used escape actual discussion, unfilled prescriptions)
I have a related question; why is this in GQ?
This is a question for Cafe Society. Moved.

Maybe because Teardrop has words, and the intro to House uses a section without words. If you missed it, you may be interested to learn that there is one episode where they use a José González version of the song (during the ep, not the title).
