A IDIOT
My mum pointed out that it wasn’t even written right, but I bit my tongue to avoid explaining what I thought was a clever double-bluff. Or maybe it wasn’t.

Well, actually, “Schwul” is german for “gay.”
Which puts a whole new spin on that situation, huh?
I do agree. I’ve seen 4RUNR and CAMRY on Toyotas. Really now.
However, I have semi-neighbors who have a plate with the vehicle name which does serve a purpose - UNIMOG. The first time I saw that monster, I thought, “Is my town being invaded by the evil spawn of the Autobots?” Then I saw the vanity plate.
I give up. Will someone please clue me?
It should be “AN IDIOT.” “A IDIOT” was either deliberate (isn’t that clever?) or just mistaken (proving the driver to be an idiot).
When I am old and rich enough to buy a Porsche, I’m gonna try to get the plate:
SMLDCK
… just for the laughs. And I will wave cheerfully and blow kisses to the people at the traffic lights laughing and pointing at me.
You can hold me to it.
contributes a tenner to Jervoise … just cuz I want to SEE that plate!
I got a vanity plate for my beloved Alero for Christmas.
It says THINKER. For multiple reasons. (I’m a Chem Eng and Philosophy dual major. There’s also a quote related to my religion that it’s rlatd to.)
I honestly don’t care what the rest of you think. I like it.
The best I’ve seen was on a '94 Supra, black, tinted windows, modified to something in the region of 500 hp: VLDEMRT
The wierdest was on a Miata driven by a 60-ish man: LESBIAN
Hate, hate, hate most of 'em. One of the few I liked was an all-black SAAB, dark tinted windows, lowered, blacked-out wheels - the thing looked like a ninja-mobile or something. The license plate read P-61, which is the designation for the WW2 fighter plane known as the Black Widow. Cool.
Nah, not really… he had a fairly unobtrusive but nonetheless noticeable rainbow sticker on the trunk.
I’d STILL like to know if anyone has any idea what 44DD7in could possibly stand for.
I think the previous explanation was on target - to the effect that it could symbolize a union of woman with an expansive bosom (44 double D cup) and a man with an ample (7") member.
Or am I missing something?
my brother had UR2SLO on his '68 Dodge Coranet. Proved it to many times and had to sell but it was COOOL
Best, not worst, vanity plate I saw was on a New Beetle: FEATURE
Actually I get “fruitcake”, but what’s the other?
Maybe it has something to do with “Herbie the Love Bug” (remember those movies?) and she’s abstinent?
But I don’t understand how she can have two differnet license plates on the same car, unless the front one is a fake and she’s in a state where you are only required to have a rear plate, unlike CA where you must have a front and rear plate in view.
shrug conjecture.
MYPCUP.
Took me a good few minutes to realize he meant “my pickup” and not “my pee cup.”
In California you can get symbols on your vanity plate - a heart, a star, or a hand. When I was visiting my parents there last month, I spotted a license plate that read “I<3MULDR”. Yikes. I mean, I liked The X-Files too, but I think that’s a little far.
My god. I’ve only been registered here for four years, you can’t really expect me to remember that you can’t use HTML on a vB board, can you?
