What is the standard policy for the intelligence community in dealing with an agent/employee of the intelligence community (US citizen) who goes off the radar and rogue?
Is there anything about this in the public domain? Any instances where an intelligence operative has gone rogue (not talking about selling secrets, just going totally off the grid and rogue)?
