ID a recent non-US superpower movie

As I consider watching Minnal Murali, I remember seeing mention of another recent movie (possibly TV series) from a non-English speaking country where someone gains superpowers. I’m thinking it was an x-ray technician or similar gaining the ability to read minds after being exposed to radiation, but now I’m not able to find it again. Anybody know what the heck I’m talking about?

I’m sure I saw it on the Rotten Tomatoes list that I follow.

No. Movie from 2021. The star is a woman, I’m fairly sure. And from a Spanish-speaking country, I think.
