ID a TV episode about fantasy sports and desk poop

This recently came to mind and has been driving me crazy trying to figure it out.

I saw it within the last couple of years but it could be older.

Somebody who screws up a lot is trying to make up to / bond with somebody (likely their father). They take them to a fantasty football (or baseball) training camp at a professional stadium. Other people at the camp may be other recurring characters unsuited for sports. One character hates the coach of the home team. The character decides to shit on his desk. (The character might be a female guest star who is fairly famous and who doesn’t seem to be the “shit on a desk” type, but then again maybe not.) They have to leave the camp before they are caught.

I think live-action, but maybe not.

That kinda sorta vaguely seems familiar-ish to me, but I can’t nail it down. Modern Family comes to mind, but I don’t know why. Was the person taking their possibly-father to this camp a woman?

Something like that happened in the recent/newest season of King Of The Hill.
