I happened to think about this cartoon recently:

One of the characters (maybe Bugs, and maybe not) is acting like an Asian Indian. He tells someone to “blow three times and throw it over your shoulder.” What the other character is throwing over the shoulder is another cartoon character who has been “folded up” into a neat little square.

I don’t know if this one airs anymore. . . .
