minlokwat, First Blood is correct. The other one must be very similar to Con Air, since you’re the second to guess that one, but it isn’t. Perhaps it is too obscure, but it’s one of those lines that stuck with me, and my wife and I use it to refer to situations where there’s something that you really want. Another hint: It was spoken by Damon Wayans.
