I was kayaking a couple of days ago and saw masses of what appear to be eggs attached to submerged limbs. This was at Keystone Lake, in Atwood, PA. Any ideas what they may be? Each mass was about the size of a baseball to maybe a softball.
They look like bullfrog eggs. I suspect the turtle was about to have them for dinner!
All I can think of is “Surface”…Don’t take one home!
Never heard of it, so I checked IMDB.com. Bullfrogs make sense. I’ve seen them around. If the rains stop today, I’ll check on how they are progressing.
