ID this show. (Show that read comic books to kids)

I’m just looking for confirmation this show actually existed.
I believe it was on one of the cable channels in the late 70’s. (It aired during the day)
Basically, It was just a camera fixated on a comic book. The camera would go frame by frame, while the narrator read each frame to the viewers.
Does this show ring a bell with anybody?

I believe The Electric Company (1971-77) occasionally had segments along those lines.

Sounds like Video Comic Book. Early Nickelodeon show, picked up from QUBE in the late 70s.

Looks like it also went by “Video Comics.”. Found a YouTube video… not sure how old it is.
