I figure the WB network needs a hit, so they should combine a couple of sure winners from the past. Here it is:

(Bugs Bunny awakens on a bed in what appears to be a hotel room. He is groggy and disoriented and clearly the worse for wear. Animated stars circle his head as he squints and blinks and tries to figure out where he is.
Bugs Bunny: Ohhhhhh, I should know better than to mix Root Beer and Carrot Juice! Heyyyyy! This don’t look like Pismo Beach! I musta taken a wrong toin at Albuquoyque! Where am I?
The Disembodied Voice of Elmer Fudd: In the Viwwage!

BB: Oh, brudder! What do you want?

EF: Infowmation, Wabbit!

BB: Eeee–yeah! Well, you won’t get it!

EF: By Hook or by Cwook, we will! We want infowmation…infowmation…infowmation…

BB: An’ who are YOU?

EF: The New Number Two!

BB: I’ll say! Eeeee–Who’s Number One?

EF: YOU are Number Six!

BB: Dat does it! I am not a number! I am a Rabbit!
EF: (Elmer Fudd Laugh, ominous as it can get) Heh-heh-heh-heh-heh!

BB: (Aside) Of course, you realize – This Means WAR!

You mean, like Tweety and Sylvester, She Wrote, er, The Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries? Maybe. I think it would be better to see The Foghorn Leghorn Show, and had to deal with Henery, Miss Prissy, Egghead Jr., the barnyard dawg, and the weasel simultaneously. Mary Jane and Sniffles would be interesting, too. I’m pretty sure the T-shirt would be popular.

On the Bat-front, I think a Catwoman spinoff would be cool. Selina Kyle doing whatever she wants, whether its helping kittens and babies or filching jewels. I love a bad girl.

But what I want is Animaniacs back. That show rocked the Casbah. I’d kill for fresh Warners and Slappy and Pinky ‘n’ the Brain again. Heck, forget A! and just make three new shows, one for each of them. That would rule.
