Identify a board game -- Shadowrun theme?

I played it a few times and loved it… A “Dark America” theme, much like Shadow run, but a board game, not an RPG. The outer track let your characters build up skills. The inner part of the board was a map of the U.S., where your characters went to confront mysterious haunted evil.

One memorable bit: the game posited a merger of Ford and Revlon, and a standard joke was, “I was out of lipstick, so I had to buy a new car.”
