Got a puzzle here - trying to identify the liqueur sold in this commercial:

Setting is a decent-looking bar (as opposed to a dive) Woman orders a <blank> and when she’s done, before the bartender takes the empty glass, she plucks out an ice cube to get the last drop.

Sound familiar to anyone?
