Identify book: 'Mozzle' Cat?

OK, I heard someone describing a book title, and it sounded something like “The Mozzel Cat.” (It was most definitely not “Mazel Tov.”)

It might have been purchased (and published) in the UK.

It might be a children’s book.

Any ideas???

(The person has since lost it, and is looking to replace it.)
