Identify this prison break movie

I can’t remember the title of this movie, which features a complicated scheme where a group of prisoners escape from prison, and immediately break into a mint in order to print up a bunch of currency. They fire up the presses, print the money, and then sneak back into jail, so that they’d have the perfect alibi when the crime is discovered.

I think Ernest Borgnine was in it, but nothing on his wikipedia page springs out at me as the likely movie I’m thinking about.

There doesn’t seem to be a ton of description about this movie on the internet, but Seven times Seven?

That’s it, thanks. And the character I thought was played by Borgnine was actually played by Lionel Stander.

One review on imdb:

A diverting bit of fluff. Not as good as a similar movie made the previous year, “Who’s Minding the Mint?” I saw a dubbed version of this movie, and that also detracted from the movie. The addition of Lionel Stander made this movie worth watching. A group of convicts breaks out of prison to print their own money while everyone in the country is engrossed in the big soccer match, hoping to get back in their cells before the game ends. Stander, however, only wants to break out of prison and get away. A good plot, a few lags (unlike in “Who’s Minding the Mint?”), and familiar faces like Aldolfo Celli and Terry-Thomas thrown in in small bit-parts. Hardly a classic.
