So a friend of mine was working through an old hard drive of his, and found this mp3. He doesn’t remember where he got it, and I haven’t had an easy time finding any information of it online.

I tried to find it, it was in the first season of the show, but the whole site is pretty much blocked for USAians … dang it!
They do comedy songs about historical crap, usually 2 per show. Think of the Oddies or Monty Python shows, no particular storyline to their sketch comedy shows. Try emailing the show and see if they will release a show to you.
It’s not from the TV show, it’s from the audiobook version of the book (from the Horrible History) series), The Rotten Romans. There’s no song tracklisting there but I found it on Youtube. It’s from the sketch about Augustus, natch.
