IE keeps prompting me for every cookie

This is so aggravating. I don’t remember changing any settings, but now IE prompts me every time I get a cookie. I checked the IE help and it referred me to Tools->Internet Options, Security tab. I set all the security settings to low.
When I click the Custom button in the Security settings, I find (among other questions) two questions about cookies. There are radio buttons you can click to select the answers. One question reads : “Allow cookies that are stored on your computer.” The other is “Allow per-session cookies.” The three possible options are Enable, Disable, and Prompt. I have Enable checked for both questions but I’m still getting prompted. F—ing Microsoft …

Anyone have any ideas?

It appears that one of these stupid paid-to-surf banners decided to add some “security options” for me. How nice of them.

Problem solved. That always happens three seconds after I ask a question.
