Ah, but you’re not thinking deeply enough; if we hit NOAA and the EPA, that’s three big macs each and we won’t have to worry about the methane.
Mr. Trump got elected over the contemptible Hillary Clinton because she was the most corrupt, dishonest, divisive and worst political candidate in modern history.
Donald Trump ran on a campaign of optimism for the left behind working-class, particularly in the Rust Belt, who were hurt by trade deals that Hillary and her hubby supported, and buttressed it with a conservative message on social issues, as well as promising to lower tax rates and get rid of burdensome regulations that restrain the industry.
Hillary ran as an unabashed liberal on the economy and on social issues, actually touting her opposition to a bipartisan partial birth abortion ban that passed when she was in the Senate, as well as her view that half of Trump supporters were racists and bigots–a shameful move for which she was rightly criticized for, and ended up losing the election as a result.
She promised to continue Mr. Obama’s ultraliberal legacy. A legacy that left behind, among other things:
*over 90 million Americans out of the labor force
*the lowest home ownership rate in 51 years
*the slowest economic recovery since World War II (Obama’s apologists like to say that it was the longest recovery–which is a meaningless statistic. If the recovery is shitty, as Obama’s was, the fact that it was long doesn’t make up for that shittiness.)
*13 million more Americans on food stamps than when he took office
*Hundreds of thousands of Syrian children dead, due to Obama’s feckless inaction on the issue
*An accumulation of more debt than all the other presidents before him combined
*Eight years without a single 3% GDP growth
Hillary was also a hypocrite. She repeatedly touted her supposed support of women and tried to run as a champion of women’s rights, despite her unyielding support for the abortionists of this country and all the work they do aborting unborn girls. Her foundation also took money from countries like Saudi Arabia which horribly oppress and, at times, even murder women if they dare step out of line.
She even ignored traditionally Democratic voters, taking them for granted and not paying attention to them. She didn’t visit Wisconsin once after the Democratic Convention in Philadelphia. She then proceeded to lose the state by over 20,000 votes.
If you want a reason why Hillary lost, it’s all the reasons I just listed and then some.

Why do I feel like Kayleigh McEnany just joined the message board?
Thank you for sharing.
Nope, just a conservative college student here, and a proud New Jerseyan.![]()
Secretary Clinton received millions more votes than your torture supporting Republican who wants to nail his daughter. Hence the Republican Party’s insane lies about millions of illegal votes in Secretary Clinton’s favour.
She received 2.9 million more votes, a popular vote margin that came entirely from the state of California, from which she received 4.3 million votes–not an impressive feat at all. California is a liberal state, and as such it’s not really that impressive that she did well there, which is where her popular vote margin came entirely from.
Indeed, Trump would’ve won the popular vote if you remove California altogether, he would’ve won by 1.4 million votes. Even if you don’t remove it altogether, and simply average it to the way every other Democratic state voted, states Hillary won with an average of 53.5%, it would’ve been a virtual tie.
PS: Nice try, but Trump has never said he wants to fuck Ivanka. He has said he loves her, and that she is a beautiful woman, and if she weren’t his daughter, perhaps he’d date her (he said perhaps he’d date not, not perhaps he’d fuck her).
If my mother had wheels, she would be a car.
Apples and oranges
National popular vote margins come from all the states put together, not just one.
Trump lies about this just like he lied for years about Obama’s birthplace, and just like he’s lying now about wiretapping.

You folks can’t get over the fact that Hillary Clinton lost because she had an agenda that would’ve been terrible for this country.
The Democratic Convention in Philadelphia at Wells Fargo was a spectacle that shocked all average, moderate-leaning and conservative people.
In 2016, the Democratic Party geared its appeal and program to extreme, far-left liberalism, progressivism, and big-government hubris.
All people of goodwill viewed with alarm and concern the frenzied wedding at the Wells Fargo center of the Hollywood elite with the radical, ultra-liberal left. It was both unfortunate and disastrous that the Democratic Party nominated Hillary Clinton as its candidate for President of the United States.
On social and economic issues, Hillary Clinton represented an unrealistic liberalism that was totally out of touch with the realities of the 21st century. Hillary Clinton had neither the concern nor the comprehension to deal with the struggling, hard-working coal workers trying to provide for themselves and their families; she wanted to put a lot of coal companies “out of business” to appease the extreme environmental left. She wanted all-abortion, all-the-time and defended partial birth abortion, a sickening practice, which was unappealing to voters as recent polls showed a majority of voters wanted more restrictions on abortion. Her candidacy and philosophy would serve as an umbrella under which left-wing extremists of all regions would stand.
Her voting record, philosophy, and program were anathema to all the hard-won conservative and American achievements of the past decade.
We dodged a bullet.
She barely lost because Democrats didn’t turn out well in 3 states. A slightly better Democratic candidate would have won.
I hope Republicans and Trump supporters are as overconfident as you going into the next few election years.
You bet I’m fucking confident, because we Trump supporters like the job our guy is doing, and we will turnout massively to support him.
For values of “massively” that equal “three percentage points less than his opponent,” you may be right.
If apples grew underground and were mealy rather than sweet, they would be potatoes.
When you say “we Trump supporters” I assume you’re including the Nazis and the Klan in your rally tally.
Nice try bro, I’m a black man.
However, if you want to talk about far-left socialists–the Nazis were the National Socialist party in Germany, after all–you should take a look at your own candidate.
You see, Hillary was endorsed by the national head of the Communist Party USA during the campaign. (Communist Party USA Endorses Hillary; Media Yawns)
Great! I’m so glad you’re so confident after an incredibly close election, low approval ratings, and an energized opposition.
Just because you’re black doesn’t mean that white supremacists were not over the moon with Trump’s nomination and victory.
I thought I made myself clear yesterday: I’m not your “bro” any more than I’m your “friend”. I’m your total stranger. Are you going to answer my question or not?
