Hillary and all staff related to the affair, perhaps all of the State Department, would be required to attend training sessions on the proper handling of classified materials. The same way company employees have to attend sexual harassment training when the company gets sued.

A new policy about the use of private servers for official business would be instituted, probably verboten or must be compliant with certain standards.

A new process would be created for ensuring emails containing classified material are labeled as such, like all emails go through a processor that auto-labels the email at the top when it sees any classified markers anywhere in the body.

Hillary may or may not be “asked” to resign. John Poindexter wasn’t forced out until it was completely obvious he was involved in the deeply illegal Iran-Contra affair, but that was a Reagan/Republican administration. Michael Brown didn’t resign from the Bush adminstration until his incompetence became obvious to all after Hurricane Katrina. Obama/Democrats run tighter ships, though, so they may want to avoid even the whiff of impropriety.
Basically, it would all be boring and bureaucratic, just like this so-called “scandal”, which is about all the drama it ever deserved.
