Archie from Monarch of the Glen immediately sprang to my mind, but I am at present immersed in the DVD series.

- Who?
Today it was:
Bunker
Andrews
But I think it might be different on any given day.
Definitely Bunker, followed by “comic book Archie”
Who he?
I thought of Goodwin first, since I’ve been watching Nero Wolfe on DVD recently (and so naturally got a mental picture of Tim Hutton in a colorfully loud suit).
Then Andrews, followed by Bunker–or, to be precise, with Jean Stapleton’s voice saying “Oh, Archie!” in that way Edith used to.

Archibald MacLeish
I don’t know who Goodwin and Andrews are.
Oh, so I guess Andrews is comic book Archie, but also a (yet another radio) ventriloquist’s dummy. Confusing.
What, I’m the ONLY one who thought of Archie Kennedy?
Comic book Archie, then I drew a blank.
The name “Archie Moore” kept popping in my head, and I have no idea why.
Does anyone know who Archie Moore is, and more importantly, why is he in my head?
