Well if you can get in, Cooper is probably the best school you can go to. Or CIT. But if you are asking this question now, you only have 3 + months to get your application in.

Do you mean a high school math teacher, or do you mean a professor of mathematics at a university? What kind of grades do you have? What are your SAT scores like? Where do you live? What can you (and your parents) afford? What requirements do you want to place on the college besides the fact that you want to teach math? In some sense, the answer is that there are lots of good places and it doesn’t matter where you go.
I would think that to be a high school level math teacher you could get a degree from any competent acredited school and have no trouble getting a job. This is only my experience from watching friends here in the US, where do you live?
