Tuba, I’m sorry, I swear I thought mine ran out the 25th; I even set a reminder up for my computer for that date. Could you please fix mine too? I promise I’ll resubscribe as soon as I get out of work.
someone update in the get help page and I’ll see if pay pal will work for me a second time. Tuba D already walked me through this a couple of times.
I’m so sorry, but it appears that once a Charter Member subscription expires and is processed as such by the system we can’t put people back in the Charter Member pool. The system charges the user the full fare on resubscription.
I can’t move people back in once they’ve gone over.
I have tried to catch people as I could to keep this from happening but now there’s nothing I can do.
As stated in the post above chances are you’ll be charged the full rate. I tried to catch your registration but since it had already expired there’s nothing I can do to change this. I am so sorry.
Has something been fixed?
I thought my membership expired a couple of days ago but I misread the dates.
I had tried many times to renew with no luck but when I logged on today I noticed I had still a few hours of membership left so I tried again, successfully this time.
Thanks you Tuba.
So, am I right in understanding from the above comments that, if your charter membership status expires for any reason, the system won’t let you get it back?
I thought of that, but couldn’t find it. In any case, thank you.
Sad to say, yes.
Once a Charter Member subscription is expired and the registration has been pulled from the current database it can’t be pulled back. (I tried. No luck.)
There is nothing any of us can do. I am so sorry.
Not that I really care very much, as you can see because I let mine expire, but for those that do, have you tried this?
