If you could have any vehicle from a movie, which would it be?

Too broad a subject.

Space: Enterprise - D

Water: the Chinese yacht in The Man With the Golden Gun (On this board, I am not going to say “I want Scaramanga’s junk.”)

Land: Bond’s while Lotus from The Spy Who Loved Me.

Leland Gaunt’s car from the Needful Things novel (a Tucker Talisman).
Those who read the book and remember it know what I mean.

Knightboat: The Crime Solving Boat.

Did you see the end of the movie? It’s gonna need some repairs.

Wonkavator.

Because watching young boys shit their pants never grows old.

The Mirthmobile.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

The Flying Wombat from The Young in Heart (1938). It was a modified 1938 Phantom Corsair. Clips available on YouTube – search “1938 Phantom Corsair the 1st Car of the Future!”

I’ll take the DeLorean from Back to the Future, as well. Specifically with the modifications that Doc Brown had made at the end of Part I (Mr. Fusion and the flying capability.)

And I’d like to remind everyone that since BTTG was set in 2015, it should be available in showrooms within the next 18 months!

A Tardis would be the first, obvious choice, but that thing does seem to break down a lot, and need a lot of high-level maintenance. A galaxy-class starship would be cool, too, but that’s a lot of room for me, my husband, and our cat. Maybe something more in the Intrepid class, like Voyager.

James Bond’s DBS from Casino Royale. Actually, I have driven the car it was based on. Once. For about twenty minutes.

I want the Krell transport vehicles from Forbidden Planet.

Of course, I also get all the neat tunnels connecting my house to everywhere I go.

The Eleanor Mustang from Gone In 60 Seconds. And it isn’t even close.

No limits: The TARDIS, for sure.

Limited to real-world vehicles: The Aston Martin Vantage from “The Living Daylights.” I’ve always loved that car…

Hrmph. Ruined more good '67 fastbacks than forty years of street racing.

I always thought they looked like plucked chickens. (Even before Mack said so.)

But yeah, one of those would take you anywhere worth going…

Lots of great answers so far…but surprised no one has mentioned a Johnny Cab

Gay Deceiver

1956 Porsche Speedster from Doc Hollywood

Another vote for Super Star Destroyer. I’d be a major superpower and be able to explore the galaxy.
